Faith is one of the absolute nature of God. Faith is the evidence of Reality not yet manifested, Reality is framed in faith.Faith is more than believing,faith is KNOWING. When you are fully awaked and your God conciousness is realized, Nothing will be impossible unto you.

well...christ deciples also did not believe it either, Christ said if they have faith they can tell the mountains to move and be thrown in the sea and it will be done.

Before faith can work you must not have any doubt on what you want to do.To have faith you have to have faith in faith.

Faith composes of three things, these are WILL-VISUALIZATION-AFFIRMATION.

WILL- Have a purpose for the thing you wanna manifest and know why you want it.

VISUALIZATION- Imagagine in your minds eye all what you want, Visualize with images,sound,touch and all the senses in your mind.

AFFIRMATION- visualize that you have achieved all what you want and fully enjoying it.

HAVING NO DOUBT.
YOu can train yourself to have no doubt even if there is doubt.
Example is when i tell you to close your eyes and imagine the sun rises from the east. You can do it without a doubt since you know it always rises from the east.

You should have know doubt in faith and you should have a KNOWING that it will come to pass.

HEALING
A beacon of understanding:
Everything in its natural form is made of energy which is a vibration.
Everything, when considered on the most basic of levels, is nothing more than a specific arrangement of electrons, protons and neutrons. Therefore everything can be affected by a change of electrical charge or an increase or decrease of electrons. Such as static electricity causing your hair to stand on ends.

All animal and human thought processes are nothing more than electrical impulses and stimulation within the brain. Brains control the body via the nervous system. The brain sends electrical impulses along the nervous system, which in turn stimulate particular areas of the body for a specific effect. Such as the contracting or relaxing of muscles.

Now, assume that a brain can affect something directly without first having to go through the rest of the nervous system. Why should this not be? Could it not be possible that a brain can send an electrical impulse through the air as it would through the nervous system. Remember, everything is made of electrons, protons and neutrons - even air.

This is the basis of spiritual science, the ability to effect a change within physical reality without direct physical contact in the traditional sense. Psionicists or psychics can directly affect their surrounding physical environment or even the thoughts of others by simple manipulation of the electrical energies and charges of any intervening molecules and atoms.
Always remember, the body is in the mind, before a task is carried out the mind have to decide it. The mind is what makes all manifest in reality. Mind is the nucleus of the material body, anyone who trains the mind from matter to spiritual form by devotion and willing can attain true healing and union with the divine GOD and spiritual worlds or anti-material worlds. Of this there is no doubt.

Sickness comes as an effect of an imbalance of energies in the body, Remember everything is made of energy vibration. The rates at which they vibrate determine the thing it is. Stones are different from Gold due to the energy vibration rates.
Sickness like HIV AIDS, Headaches, Blindness and all sickness in the world are all imbalance of energy and vibrations. Everything in existence is energy. In the beginning was energy, both negative and positive energy existed.
I know many people have different perception of GOD. On who God is, God is a divine all positive, loving and peaceful energy and force, he represents all GOOD, ALL PEACE, ALL KNIDENESS,ALL LOVE, ALL POSTIVE ENERGIES and he is the HIGHEST energy force and being of the world.
The purpose of us living on earth here is to learn to be like the divine light (GOD). To love as he can, to be kind and have no difference with our creator. We are here to learn how to unite with him and be one with him.
We are made of God light energies and love, we have a spirit of God in Us, and we are all peace , powerful and loving beings of God.
Healing happens when all the energy in the body are been balanced back in a state of well being.
we have to balance our energy and let them get rid of all negative energies which causes sickness and any wrong in the world.

If a car is having a starting problem or a bulb fails to light, we look at the source energy, batteries or mains. When a robot fails to work we check the energy supply first.
When a human being becomes ill or have a problem what do we check?
A robot becomes motion with the help of batteries or electrical energy, human being becomes a living entity with the help of the divine energy and spirit. Which is the true particle of GOD. In the beginning of creation we understand that we were made of dust, we were motionless until GOD breath a divine force into us.(life force or prana)which made as a living entity. And also made as the highest creation on Earth. Its through our mind that we get realization and knowledge.
The human mind is a great tool for achieving everything in reality
Our mind rules the physical matter, evidence are.

1. Evidence that you can program things in your environment can be found in Dr Emoto's work on Water. He discovered that water responds to our thoughts.
When labels of positive words such as love and gratitude were attached to bottles of water, the crystals formed from freezing was beautiful, coherent and clear. When labels of negative words such as hate and death were used, the crystals form was unsightly, chaotic and murky.
The same effect on water was created when a person or group of people concentrate thoughts toward it as well. This shows that material things respond to our consciousness. Everything in the universe is made of energy which is vibration. Everything vibrates and we affect the vibration of things around us. Our very thoughts can affect the molecules of the physical things around us.
Emoto said that when a wave of negative energy is created, it takes an equal and opposite wave of positive energy to neutralize it. Good always overcomes evil on the mental plane, and the mental plane rules the physical plane.
Creating psi ball is not the only way. You can also program reality through affirmation and visualization.
Everything that exists in your reality is created by you. All reality is your reality; hence you can program anything in reality.

2. FAITH. Faith as we know is a product of the mind, it when the mind affirms things as reality. We think and imagine things we want the most and we merge our self and spirit to achieve it. Which is all faith.

3. Some human emotions like stress can help sometimes, though; once in a while a stressful situation can actually increase someone's ability to achieve what appears as superhuman traits. I'm sure you've heard of the situations where all of a sudden something happens and someone can lift a ton of something. Yes, that has to do with adrenaline but there is also a dynamics of "quanta" going on there. In the moment of "have to" they released their natural ability to, seemingly, defy physical science. They didn't think about it, they just did it. No thinking of impossibility, no preconceived judgments. This is faith.

One thing you must know is not to always believe in physical science. A scientist or doctor will tell you to take only pills, will tell you your case is impossible to be healed, humans cant do this, blablablaaa, think of all the paranormal sciences Jesus did or are happening, a scientist will deny it possibility giving more priority on the physical science.
But, remember, you are not only material, you have all knowing power in you, all knowing spirit, all good particle of God which makes you more that physical matter, it makes you divine, antimatter and spiritual power. The spirit self is capable of doing anything, there is no impossibility.
THINGS TO CONSIDER TO BE SUSCCESSFUL IN ANYTHING AND IN MY EXERCISE ON HOW TO BE HEALED.
1. Make it a fact and affirm that there in no impossibility, everything is possible.
With God all things are possible.
2. Just do it. Don't think about it.
3. Have faith (visualization and affirmation)
4. Purity of heart. That is all Jesus, Buddha and God is teaching us.

In all, healing is to balance the energy in the body.

Meaning of Prayer
Have you notice an instant were someone can pray over a particular thing and get answers earlier and others takes time. Yes. This depend on how you pray sometimes. In praying or speaking with a divine being (GOD). You should not only talk with your mouth. Unite the mind, soul and spirit to be at one. The divine side of us is our mind, energies and spirit. We must unite them together and move away from physical forms to the spiritual plane of LOVE, PEACE and understanding in order to communicate with the divine. A prayer should be exactly like meditation where by the mind is off consciousness and connected to emotions and deeply in the mental, spiritual side to take information and transmit high thought energy to the divine and also have faith in what you do.
People always ask God for things but never hear his voice, the best way to hear God's voice is to be in a state of quietness, Love, peacefulness and faithfulness. This is called meditative state. Tune into a voice or feeling you may get after praying. That is the answer God have for you. how can you expect God to answer you prayer by just asking and going away, you are suppose to be quiet and be completely off this physical plane. God will talk to you, you will hear his voice. All questions will be answered and he will always be united with you.
FAITH

"Faith is evidence of reality not yet manifested. Faith is more than believing, it is a knowing. All Reality is Awareness manifesting a possibility from the Infinite. Once you grasp Faith in all its meaning you realize you can grasp the ideal out of the Infinite with your mind, your awareness will be complete, your Eternal I Am will fully awaken and nothing shall be impossible unto you!"

Christ's disciples found it just as hard to comprehend. In fact it is his forgotten and his most disbelieved truth. Christ brought the Wisdom of Faith and only his closests disciples ever fully comprehended.


Matt 17:20 ...For assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, "Move from here to there, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.

Matt 21:18-22 Now in the morning, as he returned to the city, he was hungry. And seeing a fig tree by the road, He came to it and found nothing on it but leaves, and said to it, "Let no fruit grow on you ever again." And immediately the fig tree withered away. Now when the disciples saw it, they marveled saying, "How did the fig tree whither away so soon?" So Jesus answered and said to them, "Assuredly, I say to you, if you have Faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' it will be done. Also, whatever you ask for in prayer, believing, you will receive."

Mark 9:23..."If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes."

Mark 11:23 "For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will come to pass, he will have whatever he says."

Luke 17:6 "If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, 'Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea, and it would obey you.

It is certain almost no one on this planet really believes Jesus meant those words the way he plainly spoke them!"

Miracles
, "I'm now going to give you essential information. I am going to tell you how to manifest miracles in your life. Listen as I tell you the secret of manifesting both physical and spiritual miracles. To manifest physical and spiritual miracles one must remember the words of Christ as he taught his disciples the lesson of faith. He taught them; 'Truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into the sea! and does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him. For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe, trust and be confident that it is granted you, and you will receive your request."

"Notice he did not tell his disciples they must pray to have the moutain thrown into the see but that they must have no-doubt. Just as they must have faith to throw the mountain into the sea, they must have faith to get answers to prayer."

How do I achieve no doubt when I have doubt?"

"Let me give you an exercise that will help. Close your eyes and imagine you are standing on the top of a mountain before dawn when it is the darkest and not a glimmer of dawn shows in the east. Now ask yourself if you believe without doubt that the sun will rise in the east. As soon as you ask that question answer it in your mind and probe and perceive if there is any doubt in your mind that the sun will rise. The darkest night gives way to the bright morning sun and you can know that to be true. Remember and capture what non-doubt is like and then transfer it to whatever you ask for or need in prayer."

"Let me give you 4 steps, which if followed, will allow you to accomplish anything you want. This knowledge will allow you to perform miracles in your life.

First, before one can achieve anything one must know exactly what one wants to accomplish. The sharper in your mind you can visualize your goal the easier it is to achieve. The more vague and fuzzy it is in your mind the more vague and inprecise will be the fulfillment of your goal."

Second, one must have a strong desire to manifest your miracle, your goal, your reality. The less important it is to you the less energy will be available for you to manifest your reality. All reality begins as thought but it needs energy to become manifest. That energy is desire. It needs energy to be transformed from thought to reality. That energy is your desire. Athletes don't achieve olympic gold medals because they sorta wanted it. No, they desired it above all else and married that desire with the crystal clear vision of their goal.

Third, one must know that their miracle will manifest. This faith can be expressed another way. One must expect it. Another way to express it is that one must intend it. When you marry non-doubt, complete confidence and expectation that your desire will manifest itself, you cannot be denied."


in some cases there is a fourth step and that is, one must do whatever action is necessary to go with the desire, the vision and the expectation. For example, if one desires a spouse and has faith that the right spouse will enter into ones life. That one would still need to meet potential spouses, would they not? To find a job, if that was one's desire, one must look for a job!"

"Vision, desire, expectation and proper action. Sounds like a four step program. I mentioned both physical and spiritual miracles. Which is harder?"

Ahh, you hit at the heart of the matter. It is easier to move a mountain than change an evil heart to a heart of righteousness. Yet still all things are possible."

The Buddha taught his monks that, 'The mind is the forerunner of all actions. All deeds, good or bad, are led by mind, created by mind. If one speaks or acts with a corrupt mind, suffering follows, as a wheel follows the hoof of an ox pulling a cart. If one speaks or acts with a serene mind, happiness follows as surely as one's shadow follows one on a bright day.'

The Buddha taught the path to the miracle of happiness when he said, 'The wise man, by vigor, mindfullness, restraint and self control, creates for himself an island which no flood can submerge, no sorrow can cover. The person who reaches the sacred, the inexpressible, who has permeated his mind with it, who is in control of his senses will know neither sorrow nor fear'.

As you can see, wether one wants to move a mountain or change one's heart, it begins in the mind. There can be no doubt."


MEDITATION/PRAYER ON "OUR FATHER"
Have you ever sat down and recite the Lord's Prayer. (Thought by Lord JESUS).with extreme feelings and willing to understand and achieve something out of it? Its a great prayer and can change you life.
1. sit down, lie down, or be in lotus pose or crossed leg with the spine straight always.(always make the spine straight when talking to a divine being, this will make energy flow in their right way.
2. Inhale deeply in and out for about 7 to 10 times
3. Close you eyes and say the Lord's Prayer slowly, gently and willingly.
4. Try to understand it more and visualize what it means.
Example
Our father who art in heaven (visualize heaven as a nice realm of peace with a great divine God as bright white light on his throne. Pure white as the sun's core).
Hallowed be your name( visualize the name "JEHOVAH" in VOID emiting light and written with pure gold and bigger than the earth and the world.
Thy kingdom come (see his kingdom as a place of peace and Love with all the angels. exactly as revelation explains)
Thy will be done on us as it is in heaven.(visualize the light (GOD) moving upon the earth and putting things in place as its in heaven)
Give as today our daily bread. (Visualize taking in communion or the body of Christ)
And forgive our trespasses (Even if you have not sinned imagine Evil people begin in the site of God and he being so merciful forgives them.
As we forgive those who sin against us.( see yourself forgiving your enemies and make it reality.)
And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.(visualize yourself as peaceful and free from evil.)
For the kingdom the power and glory are yours now and forever.(visualize his kingdom as a big place, imagine thing moving up to him not him moving for things, and imagine and hear sound in his kingdom as HOLY, HOLY, HOLY, LORD GOD ALMIGHTY....with power in the voice as roaring river.

AMEN (visualize a time line and see your visualization as a ball in the time line. whether present ,future or past. So it will be realized.
Now be silent and observer the changes in feeling and everything you witness.

Understanding GOD and who you are.
this earth is nothing but a school, we are here to learn the right way to be in no different with our father GOD and join him again.
We are here to love him and Love ourselves as he love us.
We are here to be at peace with every one of his creations.
we are here to understand him and his ways.
The book of esdras tells us that the human mind cannot understand the ways of God, this is because we are not one with him, one will become one with God with one simple thinking. The ability to have LOVE ,PEACE and POWER.
Love-- to help and make up differences between you and God.
Peace --to be at gentle and peace with all living entities.
Power-- have power to banish evil and conquer it and suppress it.
You can be like JESUS and be one with God. By accepting his word and obeying his commandments you will be cleansed from evil slowly and gently. Jesus himself said a student cannot be greater than his teacher but can be at the same rate with him if he takes what he is tought. In the New Testament, Jesus answered:
Is it not written in your own law, "I said: You are gods"? Those who are called gods to whom the word of God was delivered and Scripture can not be set aside." John 10:34-35/The New English Bible .We find that we are all called to go beyond our humanness toward greater heights. The Kundalini energy pushes each of us toward this goal of enlightenment-knowing the light, knowing God
People often get the idea that they can't become like Jesus or one with God. This is wrong,
Jesus is the son of God, so as you are the son of God (the uncreated absolute being). The difference between you and him are
He had an extreme love. LOVE. This is the only difference; we should do our best to LOVE and do the right thing. The bible from genesis to revelation all points on one basic thing. Its (LOVE). Remember good always overcome evil on the mental plane, and the mental plane rules the physical plane.
LOVE is easy as it says, but difficult to accomplish. Ask Jesus to fill you with his love and make you more his type on earth.
He could perform Miracles because he is God and remembers it-Jesus could perform miracles so you can, Example was when he walked on the sea, Remember Peter saw him and wanted to go to him. Peter was able to walk on the water for a little while before he loss faith. Peter was a human being like you, how did he defy science?. Before a car moves there must be and engine in it. Before you can perform miracles there must be an energy that will make it happen, and thus the Kundalini energy, it is the soul manifestation of conciousness, in its awakened form and faith helps to get away with blocks that stops it to flow. Remember again that in the bible Jesus said. A student cannot be greater than his teacher, but can be at the same rate with him if he learns what he teaches very well. We understand that the life story of Jesus in the bible was from birth (day1) to his death. But we did not actually know were he was at the age of 12 till when he begun his teachings.

Jesus was God in flesh but since he was born, he had his God conciousness hiding from him, Jesus empowered himself and activated all the miraculous power within him from a young age till when he begun his ministries. Divine power in human that holds the key to miracles not magic is the all divine energy Kundalini in the tail bone area an energy of the soul conciousness. Kundalini and the holy spirit works much together, kundalini is like a signature and ones awaked to high level you become one with all good, all knowledge all powerful divine God. Its the energy and normally referred to us the heart of God and the holy spirit as the mind of God.
A little information about Kundalini energy.
The Kundalini is often described as a female serpent coiled 3 and 1/2 times at the base of your spine...sleeping away. It's a bit bizarre that such a divine being would be taking a nap at the base of your spine, yet she truly contains the most awesome power you can imagine in the Universe. Your Kundalini will sleep here until our body mind is fully awakened to living 24-7 as the divine all-powerful God-being we truly are. This is called Samadhi. When we awaken her infinite Shakti power for the first time, we receive a spiritually enlightening experience (Satori) that can last for days. We then realize who we are is something much bigger than before. We see we are this energy, enthusiasm, inspiration and begin to realize we are responsible for the divine creation of our life exactly the way it is.


Kundalini is the supreme cosmic enlightening energy that resides inside us, deep at the core of our being. Kundalini is the most powerful force in the Universe, and brings enlightenment to our world. Your Kundalini awakens the manifesting being in your life! Anything you wish to manifest is possible with an awakened Kundalini.

If we stay stuck in a life we are not excited about or love, the Kundalini snoozes away, patiently waiting for us to become totally conscious and realize that we are NOT just this ego-mind who is identifying with thoughts while feeling trapped in a body. In fact, the very moment we slow down and stop living in our busy heads filled with ideas of our past and future, she begins to rise up our spine and lets us know WE are this awakeness itself.

All our hidden Siddhi powers or miraculous powers come from an awakened Kundalini. Examples of the Siddhi powers are supernatural abilities of strength, sight, hearing, levitation, bi-location, instant manifestations, healing etc... Basically anything you can imagine beyond the everyday world is possible when your Kundalini is awakened. The Siddhi powers are our natural abilities, yet through societal conditioning they have been suppressed and we have been programmed to believe they are malicious or wrong. Kundalini and Chakras
The chakras are any of the nerve plexes or centers of force and consciousness located within the inner bodies of man. In the physical body there are corresponding nerve plexuses, ganglia and glands.

The seven principal chakras can be seen psychically as colorful, multi-petaled wheels or lotuses. They are situated along the spinal cord from the base to the cranial chamber.

Additionally, seven chakras, barely visible, exist below the spine. They are seats of instinctive consciousness, the origin of jealousy, hatred, envy, guilt, sorrow, etc. They constitute the lower or hellish world, called Naraka or patala. Thus, there are 14 major chakras in all.

The seven upper chakras, from lowest to highest
Base Chakra / muladhara chakra (base of spine): memory, time and space;
Sacral Chakra / svadhishthana chakra (below navel): reason;
Solar plexus/ manipura chakra (solar plexus): willpower;
Heart Chakra / anahata chakra (heart center): direct cognition;
Throat Chakra / vishuddha chakra (throat): divine love;
Minds Eye / ajna chakra (third eye): divine sight;
Crown Chakra / sahasrara chakra (crown of head): illumination, Godliness.

Atala Chakra (hips): fear and lust;
Vitala Chakra (thighs): raging anger;
Sutala Chakra (knees): retaliatory jealousy;
Talatala Chakra (calves): prolonged mental confusion;
Rasatala Chakra (ankles): selfishness;

HEALING YOURSELF FROM ANY SICKNESS IN THE WORLD.
Jesus died on the cross for us. This have even gave us great power to cast all evil in his name.
From the beginning we lent about energy. The law of energy states that energy cannot be created or destroyed but can be transformed to different things. We also lent that the body lives in the mind and the mind decides while the body follows.
The mind is an extremely powerful tool. It is discovered that the mind creates magnetic energy as electrical impulse to the body, before you move you hands, electrical activity must happen in the brain.
The subconscious mind is the spirit mind; it is powerful and great.
In 1960 a Doctor helped a 20 yrs old boy to grow 2 inches in just a span of 1 year with hypnosis. Hypnosis is a state of imagining what you want as done in meditation and programming you mind to do what you want to happen. This send energy from the mind to make what you want manifests .IN his case he was not tall but was thinking he is tall, this made the subconscious registered that the have to be tall since he think he is tall . Remember we are beings of WILL.


Before you begin your healing exercise I want you to find prove for yourself that anything you thing in your mind manifests in reality.

Prove exercise1
1. Imagine a white shinning pure light ball at the middle of you brain, imagine it as hot and shining like the sun, feel it hot and think about its energy. See it shinning so high the eye can't even perceive anymore. Do this for about 20 minutes and see.
Am waiting......
What did you felt, was you head hot? What it warm? How were you feeling?
Did you really create a ball in you head? Yes, you have just manifested energy in a form of a ball in you brain, it will only take more practice to make it physical.

1. Cup you hands together as if praying.
2. Imagine a ball of light between your arms, feel it.
3. Try to bring you hands closer as if clapping in slow motion, but don't let you hands meet each other. Do it back and forth slowly imagining the ball in you hands.

Did you felt the ball, was it hot? Cold? You have created and energy in you hands with your mind. This is a reality not just imagination.

if you are still doubting then simply do this, close your eyes and imagine yourself on fire or burning for about 20 minutes.. and see results


HEALING MEDITATION
(This meditation works and heals the body completely from any sickness in the world that makes you different from the image of GOD. But only with FAITH and AFFIRMATION.

(its very good to have a cool gospel music playing while you do it)(eg, God my healer)

1. Sit down in cross leg or lie down with spine straight.
2. invite your spirit guide and angels to guide you by saying mentally and physically that "i call upon my highest spirit guide and angels to guide and help me up"
3. Imagine yourself in a forest with all life forms you love there at complete peace. You must be there alone with nature not human beings.
4.In the middle of the forest visualize a high divine powerful light, bright white and difficult for the eye to watch, imagine this light as GOD and a divine light shining and radiating outward in full bright light. Fill the heat and power of the light.

5. Move forward to the light and enter into the light feeling it engulf you and radiates out of you feeling heat and the power.
6. Imagine the sickness as negative energy being melted into the ground as you exhale through you legs.
7. Virsualise the light in you and making you completely void and filling with power, peace, and greatness.
8. Walk out of the light after you fill you are okay. And thank God for it.


MEDITATION2
1. Sit in cross leg or lie down flat.
Visualize a pool in a nice place.
3. Imagine pure white lights as human forms around the pool dazzling bright white. And think of these beings as angels and spirit guides.
4. See their light merging with the water and making it powerful and holy.
5. Virsualize yourself in the water see all you energies balanced and all virus, bacteria and other negative things melting from you to the water.
6. See you DNA being free from diseases and being reborn.

7. Get out of the water and thank God.

MEDITATION3
1. Lie down or sit with spine straight.
2. Imagine all the elements around you. (Earth , fire, water and wind.)
3. See them joining up and cleaning all sickness from you. Gather them together as they remove all from you.
4. Imagine the viruses, bacteria and all dead and bring them out of your body.
5. Thank them and open your eyes.

MEDITATION4
sit down and imagine yourself as fine and completely healed, doing all what you could not do and living happily ever after.
This motivate the soul and let it know that there is more to accomplish.(15 MINUTES)

LAST MEDITATION
1. Imagine yourself in the forest, in the middle visualize a temple made of stones.
2. Enter the temple and look around. You will see the elements, earth, fire, water and wind as pillars in circle.
3. Stand in the middle of the circle and tell them you want to be in union with God with them.
4. Imagine singing you favorite Gospel song slowly and powerfully.
5. Ask them to sing with you once you finish and feel the power of their voices as you worship and adore God with them.
5. Bless them in God's name and leave the temple in peace.

Note
Meditation 1, 2,3 are intended for the healing purpose and should be than always. spend about 15 minutes doing each of them. Some people may be healed within few weeks, others years, depending on how you practice and the rate of the sickness. This meditation will destroy the viruses and make you body resist other diseases any other thing you wish to move away. Because you own your life and you have the power to take it or give it out. The small viruses can't take then away from you. Its your choice.
JUST HAVE FAITH.
Go for check up again after a year or two to find results.

Note
Meditation 4 will give the soul a thought on what you want, since its not that way, the mind will alert the subconscious on what you want to achieve. Paving ways to make it possible.

Meditation 5 will make you happy with the union with GOD.
